
U.S Federal Interagency helicopter requirements specify certain types of connectors to insure commonality of equipment. Here are the most common ones and we keep these in stock.![]() This is the receptacle that installs on the belly of the aircraft to provide power and control wiring to external loads. (Shown with MS3057-16A Clamp Assembly) ![]() This is the friction fit plug that connects external load wiring to the aircraft for Bambi Buckets, HeliTorch and long lines, etc. (Shown with MS3057-16A Clamp Assembly) ![]() This is the contract required aircraft cabin power outlet connector. It is protected with a 5 amp circuit breaker. ![]() This plug is installed on equipment that needs power inside the aircraft such as aerial ignition machines, foam injectors and hand held infrared detectors. ![]() This socket is designed to provide strain relief for attached wiring. It mates with the MS 3116F12-3P and can be used to make power cord extensions for the aircraft power outlet or to wire to a power supply for ignition machine testing in the shop. ![]() This plug mates with the aircraft power outlet in the UH-60 Blackhawk. Unlike the crimp-on military issue version, this connector can be soldered on in the field.. ![]() Although not mil. spec. the NEMA 515 series connectors are specified for long line wiring by the Interagency Helicopter Operations Guide. This is the female connector and installs on the load end of a line. ![]() This is the male NEMA plug and installs on the aircraft end of a line or cargo hook, etc.
